Here my purchases to the flea market (remember the post ?). I like the kitchen supplies, especially the vintage one, and this round I found a pirex bowl, a very nice tea set and a china dessert plate, that I would like to hang on the wall). The lucky thing is that this flea market is 10 km far from my home and I don't have the car..otherwise would be a disaster!
Ecco i miei acquisti al mercato delle pulci (ricordate il post ?). Mi piacciono gli oggetti per la cucina, in particolare quelli vintage, e a questo giro ho trovato una ciotola in pirex, un servizio da tè molto bello e un piattino da dessert in porcellana che vorrei appendere al muro. La cosa buona è che questo mercato delle pulci si trova a 10 km da casa mia e non ho la macchina .. altrimenti sarebbe un disastro!

Ecco i miei acquisti al mercato delle pulci (ricordate il post ?). Mi piacciono gli oggetti per la cucina, in particolare quelli vintage, e a questo giro ho trovato una ciotola in pirex, un servizio da tè molto bello e un piattino da dessert in porcellana che vorrei appendere al muro. La cosa buona è che questo mercato delle pulci si trova a 10 km da casa mia e non ho la macchina .. altrimenti sarebbe un disastro!
I started thinking on this post friday..I was working on one of my crochet project (as usual!) and I realized that my favourites places to put the different works that I'm doing, are the bowls! I have different bowls to separate the different works..some are little, some other big. I think that they are very helpfull when you work on different projects!
And yesterday I went with my husband in a small town near Eindhoven, in a second hand market and...I couldn't resist. I saw a beautiful blue bowl, vintage and hand made..now is on my coffe table, waiting for wool!

Ho cominciato a pensare a questo post venerdì..stavo lavorando su uno dei miei progetti all'uncinetto (come al solito!) e mi sono accorta che i posti preferiti in cui mettere i diversi lavori che sto facendo, sono le ciotole! Ho diverse ciotole per separare i vari lavori..alcune sono piccole, altre invece piu' grandi. Penso che siano molto utili quando si lavora su progetti diversi!
E ieri sono andata con mio marito in una piccola città nei pressi di Eindhoven, in un mercatino di seconda mano...e non ho potuto resistere. Ho visto una bella ciotola blu, vintage e fatta a mano..ora è sul mio tavolino, in attesa della lana!

Anyway I started thinking that would be nice have something pink here..maybe..yes, you're right, a cushion!! I have a couple of pink gradation, and I decided to mix them with grey and my lovely white (I LOVE white in crochet items!). And since I finally learned how to join togheter the small pieces, some friends asked me a tutorial by images..I'm quite scared about it, I don't know if I'm good enough. By this way, I decided to use this new project for the tutorial that will be in italian only (I'm not able with the other code, sorry) but also by using images.

No, no, non vi preoccupate, rimango una grande fan del blu, ma in questi giorni ho rivalutato il rosa.
Ho iniziare a fare un paio di ghirlande in questo colore e devo ammettere che è veramente fresco e mi piace! Come ho detto sono ancora una grande fan del blu..mi ricordo come fosse ieri..avevo circa 3 anni e tutte le mie amichette dell'asilo erano innamorate del rosa.."il rosa è il colore delle femmine" e io pensavo "oh, mio Dio, c'è qualcosa di strano in me, a me piace l'azzurro!" e in tutti i miei disegni ero solita disegnarmi in abiti azzurri.. con i capelli biondi (perché la fantasia non mi e' mai mancata!), ma in abiti azzurri!
Comunque ho iniziato a pensare che sarebbe bello avere qualcosa di rosa..mmm..forse.. sì, giusto, un cuscino! Ho un paio di gomitoli in due gradazioni di rosa, e ho deciso di unirle ad un bel grigio chiaro e al bianco (io AMO il bianco nei lavori all'uncinetto!). E da quando ho finalmente imparato a unire insieme le piastrelline direttamente sul lavoro, alcune amiche mi hanno chiesto un tutorial per immagini..sono abbastanza intimorita, non so se sono abbastanza brava. In ogni caso, ho deciso di utilizzare questo nuovo progetto per il tutorial che sarà solo in italiano (non so usare il codice inglese), ma anche utilizzando le immagini.

Yesterday I had a sudden change in my afternoon plan, so I decided to seize the opportunity and going to my favourite flea market.
Unfortunatelly I didn't find nothing special (just a couple of white mugs that I want decorate) but on my way home, in the middle of a park, I found some nice branches and I decided to pick them up..to create my "IDA Christmas tree"!
My apartment will not be decorated for Christmas, because as usual we come back to our family in Italy, but this year I decided to put some "Christmas mood" around us. So I put the branches in the bigger vase that I have home, I added lights and crochet decorations and, in conclusion, a couple of candles . All that we need now are just the presents!

Il mio appartamento non verrà decorato per il Natale, perché come al solito torniamo dalle nostre famiglie in Italia, ma quest'anno ho deciso di mettere un po '"atmosfera natalizia" intorno a noi. Così ho messo i rami nel vaso più grande che ho in casa, ho aggiunto le luci e le decorazioni all'uncinetto e, in conclusione, un paio di candele. Tutto ciò di cui abbiamo bisogno ora sono solo i regali!

Ok ok, I know..is not Christmas yet..but my present is already here! Thank's to my husband ♥ I have finally a Wood & Wool Stool!!
I already told about Ingrid in others posts (the artist that produces and sells this nice item that you can find here: http://www.woodwoolstool.com/) and now I'm a proud owner of one of her Wood & Wool Stool. I choose the pattern and the base color (white) and since she knows about my blue passion, she made the stool with some very nice and delicate lightblue pieces.
I'm so happy about it and I think that is perfect in my livingroom! Maybe for my birthday I might buy one for the studio! ;-)

That's what I decided to write on the white teapot that I bought few months ago in a flea market.
Me and my husband are both tea addicted and only a cup each one is not enough! That's why I decided to buy a teapot..but was all white and I already have a white teapot, so I decided to write on it a funny frase about tea.
I bought a specific pencil for ceramic and I created my "custom teapot". I sent the pictures of this nice and simple idea to the italian magazine Casa Facile (www.casafacileweb.it I collaborate with this magazine) and they published it on the november issue.
Very soon you'll can find and buy this custom teapots in my Etsy Shop.
Questo è quello che ho deciso di scrivere sulla teiera bianca che ho comprato pochi mesi fa in un mercatino delle pulci.
Io e mio marito sono entrambi amanti del tè e solo una tazza per ciascuno non è mai sufficiente! Ecco perché ho deciso di acquistare una teiera..ma si trattava di una teiera tutta bianca e io ne possiedo gia' una, così ho deciso di scriverci sopra una frase divertente che riguardasse il tè.

Ho inviato le immagini di questa idea semplice e carina alla rivista italiana Casa Facile (www.casafacileweb.it con cui collaboro), e le foto sono state pubblicato sul numero di novembre (allegato delle IDEE).

Sometimes we need some changes..maybe just beacuse the season is changing, the window view is different, the boots are ready to be weared and the sun now is colder..or maybe just because you're insane as me and you feel better and alive changing everyday!
A volte abbiamo bisogno di alcuni cambiamenti..forse solo perché la stagione sta cambiando, la vista dalla finestra è diversa, gli stivali sono pronti per essere indossati e il sole è più freddo..o forse solo perché sei pazzo come me e ci si sente meglio e vivi cambiando ogni giorno!

Yeah, my first Paumes book is here!!
I discovered this beautiful editions last year (I don't remember where and for what), but I immediately thought: I want them all!But we moved in this new apartment, and then my dutch course, and then the new job and so much things to do and bla, bla, bla..I postponed for months. But last week (one evening when I was home alone) I was watching again the web site (http://www.paumes.com/) and I decided to buy my first one!
The choise was really hard..all the books are so nice and full of inspirations..at the end I decided for "Appartaments d'amoreux a Paris"! I thought that as a part of a couple, is interesting to see some apartment for young as we are and the interior styling choises. And after only 4 days (wooow!) from Japan, my first book is here!
There's just one problem: is in japanese! But honestly, who cares!

Sì, il mio primo libro Paumes è qui!
Ho scoperto questa bellissima casa editrice lo scorso anno (non ricordo dove e come), ma ho subito pensato: li voglio tutti!
Ma poi ci siamo trasferiti in questo nuovo appartamento, poi il mio corso di olandese, poi il nuovo lavoro e così tante cose da fare e bla, bla, bla.. insomma, ho rimandato per mesi. Ma la scorsa settimana (una sera in cui ero a casa da sola) mi sono messa a riguardare di nuovo il sito (http://www.paumes.com/) e ho deciso di acquistarne uno!
La scelta è stata davvero dura..tutti i libri sono così interessanti e pieni di ispirazioni..alla fine ho deciso per Appartamenti d'amoreux a Paris". Ho pensato che facendo parte di una coppia, sarebbe stato interessante vedere qualche appartamento per giovani come noi e le scelte di styling effettuate. E dopo solo 4 giorni (wooow!) dal Giappone, il mio primo libro Paumes è qui!
C'è solo un problema: è in giapponese! Ma onestamente, chi se ne frega!
