Acne and lifestyle are attached together so it’s generally sensible to alter behaviour patterns to be able to have a much better appearance and stop you against becoming troubled from the symptoms of acne. This could also cause problems with self confidence as well as how you look and you will be better off not having to experience it. Alternatively look to make changes to lifestyle and determine the best strategies for you.

Using the correct products on your face means utilizing a facial cleanser which is hypo-allergenic and afterwards applying a light moisturizing lotion. A heavier one may be inclined to make your skin far more oily and increase the possibility of developing acne related conditions. Choose something that works well for you. It is necessary for your skin to be adequately hydrated to maintain its plumpness and youthful appearance. It may also help the internal system to purge out unnecessary toxins which enhances appearance. Make certain that at least eight glasses of pure fresh water are drunk daily and never count on fizzy sugary drinks to help your quota in this regard as this doesn’t count and can be counter productive.

The correct foods have to be eaten to reflect good health in relation to your skin. You need to eat an ample amount of the foods that advantage your health like vegetables and fruits.

Whenever styling your hair avoid using such things as hairspray or anything that is liable to make it too greasy as this could spread to your face, neck and shoulders where pimples can occur. Making this choice can also be good for the entire condition of one’s hair.

Being the proper weight for an individual of your height can also be beneficial. Additional weight can lead to a number of difficulties and also the appearance is just one to bear in mind. Lead an active lifestyle that incorporates frequent exercise.

One of the sites I found more interesting information:

It can be easy to want to turn to medication or creams when seeing the first pimple arise on your face. However, you do not have to fill your face with topical creams and lotions to eliminate blemishes. There are several simple lifestyle adjustments and natural cures for acne that can prove to be just as effective.

As you have probably heard before, washing your face at least twice a day is crucial. Despite knowing this, few people actually follow through with it. The oil your skin produces will attract dirt throughout the day and overnight. By not washing your face you are allowing this dirt to get trapped on and in your pores thus leading to pimples.

This is precisely why it is crucial you wash your face at least twice a day with mild non-scented facial soap. There are facial washes you can purchase at the grocery store that can also be helpful. After washing your face thoroughly, use a soft and clean cloth to dry. Make sure you gently pat the skin and avoid rubbing as this can be rough on your sensitive skin.

For women, one of the simplest natural cures for acne is to use water-based make-up. Oil-based make-up is just calling for acne as it will clog your pores quickly. Even when using water-based make-up it is vital you remove it before going to bed by cleansing, toning and moisturizing the skin to remove any excess oil and dirt that has built up.

While this is not always possible, the next tip is to try to avoid places that will expose your skin to dirt. If you cannot avoid these types of environment, make sure you wash your face as soon as possible following.

Something that a lot of people do without even noticing it is touching the face. Touching your face only transfers dirt from your hands to the face. For this reason, try hard not to touch as your face already is collecting enough dirt as is.

Next on the list of natural cures for acne is to keep your face free of loose hairs as best as you can and shampoo your hair regularly. Believe it or not, our scalp can be the starting point for acne as it secretes oil. As loose hairs fall onto the face, oil is transferred to the skin thus causing acne.

The final tip to help you prevent and cure acne is to drink as much water as possible. Water is crucial to help eliminate waste and toxins that are produced. Consuming this will help excrete toxins and waste from the body so that you can maintain a healthy complexion.

Happy Friday! I woke up in a very strange way today: with hiccup and with an old romantic melody in my mind. I can't imagine what else could happen after that! Today I've planned carefully my work for the  magazine: I have to create a lot of DIY...I'm so happy, I love my job!
Anyway, welcome to "Flickr says it's Friday"! This week I've received a lot of nice pictures and the choise was really hard; I hope that you like the gallery.
I wish you a very nice weekend and for the Dutch followers, happy Queen's day!

In ogni caso, benvenuti a "Flickr says it's Friday"!

Tomorrow I finally have my Dutch exam..but this is not the "mission impossible" that I was thinking when I wrote the title of this post.
No, the mission impossible is study! Most of all when I just bought 4 interesting magazines to read! I'll try! See you in a couple of days (hopefully with the pictures of the new chairs..).
Tot ziens!

ps. what do you think about the new blog?

Ilaria Chiaratti 2011

No, la missione impossibile è studiare!

Here we are, the first post of the year!

I'm so happy to start the new year with this post and these pictures.

First of all I would like to thank you, my dears 110, to supporting me. I'm receiving a lot of nice images for the contest.."tres bien", "goed zo"!!
I hope you enjoyed your families, friends, partners..I did! I spent the xmas holiday in Italy, and now my first goal for 2011 is loose some weight! I have so much goals that I would like to achieve, that a "to do list" would be to much longer.
I wish just love, happyness and travel around the world. I would like to be always happy as in this small picture that I took the new year eve with my husband.

But happyness can come also from a gift, a gift from a friend, like this one that I receved from the sweet and talented Ivy. She sended me a collection of beautiful images that she took. I love every single images and as I told to her, it's so crazy, because I have friends and relatives that probably don't know my taste as her..and we have never met!
I decided to put the two bigger prints in my livingroom, in a small wall portion, right in front of my sitting place at the table and the others in my studio. I planned to renovate the studio/guests room very soon and these pics are perfects for this new project.

My dears, enjoy your dreams, enjoy 2011..make this world beatiful!

IVY STYLE shop is here:

Vorrei solo amore, felicità e viaggiare molto.

In these weeks I worked a lot on a project for my interior school. The assignment was to create a space (bedroom, living and studio) for a specific character: a poet, an archeologist or an opera singer.
I decided for a poet, a young woman.
I started choosing a color palette (white, light pink and grey) and I made the first model. After that I choosed the fornitures elements, the accessories and the lights. And finally I made a 3D model, my first one. I'm very happy about the final results..I hope that my teacher thinks the same thing!

I'm italian..but I'm not the tipical italian that loves coffee at every hour..
First of all I don't live in Italy, the only place where I drink coffee (honestly, there's no place in the world where is possible to drink a REAL italian espresso except Italy..maybe in Portugal..but...).
That's why I started to drink tea. I started some years ago, when I was student and I was alone at home. At first I start to take a break from my books, but that became a "rituals" of my afternoons. And now that I'm again a student, the tea time is still one of my essential daily pleasures (more than once in a day to be honest!).  Of course I have my favorite tea, the licorice one, but in general I love all the fruits tea. And one of my favorite thing is choose the right tea for the right afternoon...for example: if is raining or the weather is not good I choose a cinnamon tea, but if the time is good, maybe with the last sun of the day, I choose a lemon tea or a orange tea.  One of my last "discoveries" is the Lotus tea, bought in Amsterdam that comes directly from Hong Kong; I think taht it's very good and delicate.
And what is the better thing when you drink a cup of tea? The mugs and the teapot, of course!!
I'm sure..drink tea is a kind of art!

..and two for tea

That's what I decided to write on the white teapot that I bought few months ago in a flea market.
Me and my husband are both tea addicted and only a cup each one is not enough! That's why I decided to buy a teapot..but was all white and I already have a white teapot, so I decided to write on it a funny frase about tea.
I bought a specific pencil for ceramic and I created my "custom teapot". I sent the pictures of this nice and simple idea to the italian magazine Casa Facile (www.casafacileweb.it I collaborate with this magazine) and they published it on the november issue.
Very soon you'll can find and buy this custom teapots in my Etsy Shop.

Too much blue?
I don't care!

Troppo blu?
Non mi interessa!

After a month (more or less), my first blanket is finished...I'm very tired but happy!

I'm so "Etsy mood" in this period..this is my last order. 9 days ago I found this nice shop and, as usual, I couldn't resist..I bought three fabric pieces for a very reasonable price.
The seller sended me also a very nice present that I put in a frame! I think that's so sweet!

Everyone knows that I love the colors, but I like the contrast between those colors and the white details, especially in summer, when the light fills in every rooms. Here a small gallery of my favourite white details in my Eindhoven apartment. Enjoy!

Ilaria Chiaratti 2010

Buon divertimento!
