Saturday morning

Hello everyone! Finally we're back to normality! Yesterday I didn't post my usual "Flickr says it's friday", but don't worry, I'll show you the gallery next tuesday. I don't know why but this morning I woke up really early, around 6.30 am..and this is not normal for me! I like to stay in bed, most of all when it's saturday! So, to stay active and waiting for my husband (that btw is still sleeping!) I've made some pictures with my iphone. And thanks to LemeLemeHD app, I've made these pics. I hope you like them! Ciao a tutti! Finalmente siamo tornati alla normalità! Ieri non ho postato il solito "Flickr says it's friday", ma non preoccupatevi, vi farò vedere la galleria martedì prossimo. Non so perchè ma stamattina mi sono svegliata molto presto, intorno a 6:30..e questo non è affatto normale per i miei canoni! Mi piace stare a letto, soprattutto quando è sabato! Quindi, per rimanere attiva e in attesa di mio marito (che tra l'altro sta ancora dormendo!) ho fatto qualche foto con il mio iPhone. E grazie alla app LemeLemeHD, ho fatto queste foto. Spero che vi piacciano! Buon weekend a tutti!

SuperEasy DIY

A couple of days ago I've bought to the supermarket this nice green tea can.
I have to admit that I've bought it not just for the tea..but this can is really lovely! The color and the cherry flowers..it's a shame to throw it away. I've simply cutted the upper part and that's it: a nice vase for my flowers! Piece of cake!

Un paio di giorni fa ho comprato al supermercato questa lattina di tè verde.
Devo ammettere che l'ho acquistata non solo per il tè..ma questa lattina è veramente bellissima! Il colore ed i fiori di ciliegio..è un peccato buttarla via. Ho semplicemente tagliato la parte superiore e il gioco e' fatto: un delizioso vasetto per i miei fiori! Un gioco da ragazzi!

Entryway makeover

Since the day that I bought the new bench, I've started thinking that I was sick of the walls color in my entryway. It's a nice color, but it doesn't fit anymore! The space is limited and there is not natural light, so this kind of "lavander" (I have no idea which name has this color!) it was too delicate. After a quick visit to the colors shop, I've made my decision: FUCHSIA! Of course combined with my lovely turquoise (I still had some color from my bedroom). At the beginning I was afraid to the result, but in the end I can say that I did the right choise! Now the bench stand out from the pink wall and I love the colors combination.  
Well, I think that is time to make another poster: "It's NOT all blue"!

Dal giorno che ho comprato e messo nell'atrio la nuova panchetta, ho iniziato a pensare che il colore delle pareti dell' ingresso non mi piaceva più. Si tratta di un bel colore, ma ormai non ci stava più bene! Lo spazio qui è limitato e non c'è luce naturale, per cui questo color "lavanda" (non ho idea di che nome abbia questo colore!) è decisamente troppo delicato. Dopo una rapida visita al negozio dei colori, ho preso la mia decisione: fucsia! Naturalmente in combinazione con il mio bel turchese (avevo ancora un pò di colore dalla mia camera da letto). All'inizio avevo un po' paura del risultato, ma alla fine posso dire che ho fatto la scelta giusta! Ora la panchina spicca incredibilmente sul muro rosa e mi piace molto la combinazione di colori.
Beh, penso che sia tempo di fare un altro poster: "It's NOT all blue"!

Lovely teapot for Maggie

A few months ago I've designed this teapot for Maggie, an italian customer that was looking for something nice to display in her kitchen.
I've start making some sketches on my inspirations book and then I've used the specific colors for ceramic to decorate the teapot. And that's the result! And the mug was my gift for the sweet Maggie.

Pochi mesi fa ho progettato questo teiera per Maggie, una cliente italiana che era alla ricerca di qualcosa di bello e simpatico da mettere in mostra nella sua cucina.
Ho iniziare a fare qualche schizzo sul mio libro delle ispirazioni e poi ho usato i colori specifici per la ceramica per decorare la teiera. E questo è il risultato! E la tazza è stata il mio regalo per la dolce Maggie.

Waiting for...

Hello everyone! I'm sorry because in these days I'm not blogging as usual, but we've guests! We're visiting some city together and I don't have time to write a decent post!
