Welcome LouLou!

Hi everyone, finally I'm back!! How are you? I've missed so much writing on my blog in these 10 days...
I've been in Berlin for my birthday (thank you again for all your comments on this post) and then in Italy for a wedding. And finally yesterday, after 12 hours driving, we're arrived! I've missed a lot my blue apartment, my crochet, my Etsy shop..but now I'm back full of energy! But I'm so happy because I've saw my family, all my friends and my lovely Kora. I've been also to Casa Facile's editorial office and I'm very proud to all the news that we're planning for the future. 
In this first post I would like to introduce you a new friend, a friend that I was so lucky to win in a blog giveaway. Her name's LouLou and she's..a little white rhino! She's borned from the creativity of Marlous, the mind behind Planet Fur. About her lovely items, she says: "One of a kind felt items to cheer up any place!". And it's totally true! LouLou is really well done, the details are so tidy..she's on my studio and everytime that I look at her I can't stop smiling! But don't be envious!! You can find her lovely items on her Etsy shop. Ciao a tutti, finalmente sono tornata! Come state? Mi è mancato tanto scrivere sul mio blog in questi 10 giorni...
Sono stato a Berlino per il mio compleanno (grazie ancora per tutti i vostri commenti a questo post) e poi in Italia per un matrimonio. E finalmente ieri, dopo 12 ore di guida, siamo arrivati​​! Mi è mancato molto il mio appartamento blu, il mio uncinetto, il mio negozio Etsy..ma ora sono tornata piena di energia! Ma sono davvero felicissima perché ho ri​​visto la mia famiglia, tutti i miei amici e la mia Kora. Sono stata anche alla redazione di Casa Facile e sono molto orgogliosa di tutte le novità che stiamo progettando per il futuro.
In questo primo post vorrei presentarvi un nuovo amico, un amico che ho avuto la fortuna di vincere nel giveaway di un blog. Il suo nome è LouLou e lei è..un piccolo rinoceronte bianco! E' nata dalla creatività di Marlous, la mente che sta dietro Planet Fur. Descrivendo i suoi deliziosi oggetti, lei dice: "Oggetti di feltro per rallegrare qualsiasi posto!". Ed è assolutamente vero! LouLou è davvero ben fatta, i dettagli sono così curati..ora è nel mio studio e ogni volta che la guardo non riesco a smettere di sorridere! Ma non siate invidiosi! Lovely teapot for Maggie

A few months ago I've designed this teapot for Maggie, an italian customer that was looking for something nice to display in her kitchen.
I've start making some sketches on my inspirations book and then I've used the specific colors for ceramic to decorate the teapot. And that's the result! And the mug was my gift for the sweet Maggie.

Pochi mesi fa ho progettato questo teiera per Maggie, una cliente italiana che era alla ricerca di qualcosa di bello e simpatico da mettere in mostra nella sua cucina.
Ho iniziare a fare qualche schizzo sul mio libro delle ispirazioni e poi ho usato i colori specifici per la ceramica per decorare la teiera. E questo è il risultato! E la tazza è stata il mio regalo per la dolce Maggie.

IDA Interior Lifestyle ☁ Etsy shop

Today is a big day for me and for IDA Interior LifeStyle.
Finally, after a few months of thinking, today I've opened my own Etsy shop!
At the moment the store has 13 items, but I've decided to adopt a very personal "politic". As you can read on my Esty welcome "...all the items that you see at this shop are examples. If you decide to buy something, I will create a unique new item piece for you with similar colors and same size. This is to offer you the opportunity to have a uniquely designed and customized object".
I choose this way because I would like to make something special for every customer, and in the other hand I can't make items and collected them here in my apartment! 


So, here I am! Ready for all your requests! And don't forget to leave a comment about the shop, I NEED your feedback to improve myself!




Oggi è un grande giorno per me e per IDA Interior LifeStyle.
Finalmente, dopo alcuni mesi di riflessione, oggi apre ufficialmente il mio negozio Etsy!
Al momento il negozio espone 13 prodotti, ma ho deciso di adottare una "politica" molto personale. Come si può leggere nel mio Esty welcome "...tutti gli oggetti che vedete esposti qui sono esempi. Se deciderete di comprare qualcosa, io creerò un nuovo oggetto 
con colori simili e della stessa misura. Questo per offrire l'opportunità di avere un oggetto unico e personalizzato ".
Ho scelto questo modo perché mi piacerebbe fare qualcosa di speciale per ogni cliente, e d'altra parte non posso crearmi uno stock e tenere tutto qui a casa!

Etsy & Owls

I LOVE ETSY!
This is the tiny packet that I receved today, after 9 days waiting (no so much if you consider that comes from Portland, Oregon, USA!). As easly you can understand looking my pictures, I love the owls, and after a couple of cuschions, a small ceramic owl and my necklace now it's time to..a brooche (looks like a vintage one, perfect for my grey french hat!) and a pair of earrings!

IO AMO ETSY!

Questo è il piccolo pacchettino che ho ricevuto oggi, dopo 9 giorni di attesa (non tanto se si considera che proviene da Portland, Oregon, USA!). Come facilmente si può capire guardando le mie foto, amo i gufi, e dopo un paio di cuscini, un piccolo gufo in ceramica e la mia collana ora è il momento di..un spilla (che sembra quella della nonna, un po' vintage, perfetta per il mio basco grigio!) e un paio di orecchini!

Tea for two..

..and two for tea

That's what I decided to write on the white teapot that I bought few months ago in a flea market.
Me and my husband are both tea addicted and only a cup each one is not enough! That's why I decided to buy a teapot..but was all white and I already have a white teapot, so I decided to write on it a funny frase about tea. 
I bought a specific pencil for ceramic and I created my "custom teapot". I sent the pictures of this nice and simple idea to the italian magazine Casa Facile (www.casafacileweb.it I collaborate with this magazine) and they published it on the november issue.

..and two for tea (te' per due e due per il te')


Questo è quello che ho deciso di scrivere sulla teiera bianca che ho comprato pochi mesi fa in un mercatino delle pulci. 
Io e mio marito sono entrambi amanti del tè e solo una tazza per ciascuno non è mai sufficiente! Ecco perché ho deciso di acquistare una teiera..ma si trattava di una teiera tutta bianca e io ne possiedo gia' una, così ho deciso di scriverci sopra una frase divertente che riguardasse il tè.
Ho comprato un pennarello specifico per la ceramica e ho creato la mia "teiera personalizzata". Ho inviato le immagini di questa idea semplice e carina alla rivista italiana Casa Facile (www.casafacileweb.it con cui collaboro), e le foto sono state pubblicato sul numero di novembre (allegato delle IDEE).
Molto presto potrete trovare e comprare queste teiere personalizzate nella mia pagina Etsy.

New fabrics

I'm so "Etsy mood" in this period..this is my last order. 9 days ago I found this nice shop and, as usual, I couldn't resist..I bought three fabric pieces for a very reasonable price.
The seller sended me also a very nice present that I put in a frame! I think that's so sweet!

In questo periodo sono in "Etsy mood"...questo è il mio ultimo acquisto. 9 giorni fa ho trovato questo bel negozio e, come al solito, non ho potuto resistere .. ho comprato tre pezzi di tessuto per un prezzo molto ragionevole.
Il venditore mi ha inviato anche un presentino molto bello che ho messo in cornice! Lo trovo così dolce!

Owl

Sometimes happen that I see something nice (and most of the time I didn't remember where) and I start a kind of "obsession" for that object.
I didn't remember where (exactly!), but I saw a very nice owl pendant necklace and I tried to find this item in internet. Of course my first searching was on Etsy and I found immediately what I was looking for!! Kay, from Pinking-Edge Designs (http://www.etsy.com/shop/pinkingedgedesigns) sended me the owl from North Carolina to Eindhoven in just 6 days!! I recomend you her shop, I love it! 
I already saw a very nice blu ring....

A volte succede che vedo qualcosa di bello (e il più delle volte non mi ricordo dove) e inizio a una sorta di "ossessione" per quell'oggetto.
Non mi ricordo dove (appunto!), ma ho visto una bella collana con un ciondolo a gufo e ho iniziato a cercare questo articolo in internet. Naturalmente la mia ricerca prima e' stata su Etsy e ho trovato subito quello che stavo cercando! Kay, di Pinking-Edge Designs (http://www.etsy.com/shop/pinkingedgedesigns) mi ha inviato il gufo dal North Carolina a Eindhoven in soli 6 giorni! Vi raccomando il suo negozio, mi piace molto!
Ho già visto un anello blu molto bello ....

A book from UK

I like the World Wide Web, is full of inspirations and sometimes when you are looking for something the answers arrive unexpectedly from a blog or from a website. That's what happened to me a couple of weeks ago. As soon as possible I would like to open my own Etsy shop, but I have no ideas about how, when and so on. I was reading on of my favourite blog, " The Yvestown Blog" (http://www.yvestown.com/) and I was hit on on a post that she wrote (http://www.yvestown.com/archive/2010/05/an-excellent-book-year.html). I found "my answer"!! The book "The Handmade Marketplace" by Kari Chapin, a book for people that want to start an online shop (as me!). In a couple of minuts I found the book on Amazon.uk and I ordered it!
After 8 days is arrived and now I'm looking forward to to read it!

 Mi piace il World Wide Web, è pieno di ispirazioni e talvolta, quando si è alla ricerca di qualcosa le risposte arrivano inaspettatamente da un blog o da un sito web. Questo è quello che è successo a me un paio di settimane fa. Appena possibile vorrei aprire la mia pagina Etsy, ma non ho idee su come, quando e così via. Stavo leggendo uno dei miei blog preferiti, " The Yvestown Blog" (http://www.yvestown.com/) e sono rimasta colpita da un post (http://www.yvestown.com/archive/2010/05/an-excellent-book-year.html). Ho trovato "la mia risposta"! Il libro "The Handmade Marketplace" di Kari Chapin, un libro per chi vuole iniziare un negozio online (come me!). In un paio di minuti ho trovato il libro su Amazon.uk e l'ho ordinato!
 Dopo 8 giorni è arrivato e ora non vedo l'ora di leggerlo!
