Flickr says it's Tuesday {special edition}

Yes, I know..it's not yet Friday, but since last week we all had some problems with our blogs, so I decided to show you today the gallery that I've prepared ..so welcome to Flickr says it's Tuesday - special edition!

Actually the theme of the pictures that I've chosen is related to the week end activities that I enjoy the most. For example, reading a new book, or taking the breakfast with my husband or making some DIY. I hope you can appreciate this, in my opinion the gallery is really inspiring.. despite it is the middle of the week!

Sì, lo so..non è ancora venerdì, ma siccome la scorsa settimana tutti abbiamo avuto problemi con i nostri blog, ho deciso di mostrarvi oggi la galleria che avevo preparato.. quindi benvenuti a Flickr says it's Tuesday - edizione speciale!

In realtà il tema delle foto che ho scelto è legato alle attività del fine settimana che mi piacciono di più. Ad esempio, la lettura di un libro nuovo, o fare colazione con mio marito o realizzare qualche DIY. Mi auguro che possiate apprezzare la galleria, a mio avviso è davvero stimolante..nonostante sia al centro della settimana!

My owl is ready to fly!

I have a very good news for all my owl-addicted friends...I have another owl in my apartment! And I'm waiting to see the one that my grandma bought for me in Egypt.
But I really like this one, made by paper (in the picture is controlling the lamp shipping box!).
I've discovered this web site, www.3eyedbear.com, dedicated to supply you with totally free, imaginative little paper creatures! You can easly download all the paperkits clicking on their pictures, print, cut, fold and glue them so you have a little piece of art! And there's also a Flickr group to share all the little paper creatures. It's genius! I mean, I don't have child, but I'm totally into this!
And what do you think about this blog, (http://www.myowlbarn.com/) all dedicated to our beloveds owls?

Ho una bella notizia per tutti i miei amici gufo-dipendenti..ho un altro gufo nel mio appartamento! E sto aspettando di vedere quello che mia nonna ha acquistato per me, in Egitto.
Ma questo mi piace proprio tanto, fatto ia carta (nella foto sta controllando la scatola della spedizione della lampada!).
Ho scoperto questo sito, www.3eyedbear.com, dedicato a fornire in modo completamente gratuito, creature fantasiose fatte di carta! Potete scaricare facilmente tutte le paperkits cliccando sulla loro foto, poi stampare, tagliare, piegare e incollare in modo da avere un piccolo pezzo d'arte! E c'è anche un gruppo Flickr per condividere tutte le creature di carta. E' geniale! Voglio dire, non ho figli, ma io sono totalmente partita per questo sito!

Lazy and quiet week end (?)

I'm so sorry, because it's since a week that I can't find the time to write here in my blog. But this time is not my fault! My husband has been graduated in his PhD and for a week we were busy with the "big day" organization and our parents and friends from Italy.
But in the end it was a touching cerimony and we forgot all the troubles!
The last day of our parents here, we found also the time to go to one of my favourite flea market. Of course I bought something for my house, but I would like to write another post for that. Anyway, this weekend (that I was hoping quiet and lazy) is dedicate to re-establish the order in my apartment and for some projects that I "abandoned" since last week. So, I wish you a very nice and creative week end!

Mi dispiace tanto, perché è da una settimana che non riesco a trovare il tempo per scrivere qui nel mio blog. Ma questa volta non è colpa mia! Mio marito ha discusso la laurea di dottorato e per una settimana siamo stati impegnati con l'organizzazione del "grande giorno" e dei nostri genitori.
Ma alla fine è stata una cerimonia toccante e ci siamo dimenticati tutti i problemi!
L'ultimo giorno dei nostri genitori qui, abbiamo trovato anche il tempo di andare a uno dei miei preferiti mercatini delle pulci. Naturalmente ho comprato qualcosa per la mia casa, ma al riguardo mi piacerebbe scrivere un altro post. Comunque, questo fine settimana (che speravo tranquillo e pigro) è dedicato a ristabilire l'ordine nel mio appartamento e per alcuni progetti che ho "abbandonato" dalla scorsa settimana. Quindi, vi auguro un piacevole e creativo week end!
