It's really simple make me feel happy. All I need is the sunshine that floods into my apartment, a new crochet cushion or a hunt in my favourite thrift shop..and of course some good music, good food and my loved one.
But let's begin from the sun..one of the thing that I like most about this apartment is that is exposed at east, so we have sun from the morning to the first afternoon. It's a joy and for me is priceless. I love open the livingroom door and see all my colors, my garland hangs by the window and my flowers..in that kind of days I'm always in a good mood!
Another thing that make me happy is when I finish a crochet item. If some of you makes this kind of crafts, you know exactly what I mean. It's always exciting, maybe after weeks or months, finally see the fruits of one's labours. And for me it means wander around for my apartment, finding the right place for the new arrive, and make a lot of pictures of it! This new cushion that I've just finished is inspired by a beautiful blanket that you can see here or in Dottie Angel blog. She was so lucky to find this beautiful piece in a thrift shop for just 3 bucks..so lucky!! And that's another thing..wander around for thrift shops and discover forgot treasures. Something that for someone is just rubbish for someone else is a precious finding. Once per month I try to go to my favourite second hand shop and looking for something that could be nice in my apartment. And I'm never disappointed!

È veramente semplice farmi sentire felice. Tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno è il sole che inonda il mio appartamento, un cuscino all'uncinetto nuovo o un giro nel mio negozio di seconda mano preferito..e naturalmente della buona musica, buon cibo e la mia dolce metà.
Ma cominciamo dal sole..una delle cose che mi piace di più di questo appartamento è che è esposto a est, quindi abbiamo il sole dalla mattina fino al primo pomeriggio. È una gioia e per me non ha prezzo. Mi piace aprire la porta del soggiorno e vedere tutti i miei colori, la mia ghirlanda appesa alla finestra e i miei fiori..nei giorni così sono sempre di buon umore!
Un' altra cosa che mi rende felice è quando finisco qualcosa all'uncinetto. Se qualcuno di voi fa questo tipo di lavori, sa esattamente cosa voglio dire. È sempre eccitante, magari dopo settimane o mesi, finalmente vedere i frutti della propria fatica. E per me vuol dire andare in giro per l' appartamento alla ricerca del posto giusto in cui piazzare il nuovo arrivo e fare un sacco di foto! Questo cuscino nuovo che ho appena finito è ispirato da una bellissima coperta che si puo' vedere qui o nel blog di Dottie Angel. Ha avuto la fortuna di trovare questo bellissima copertina in un negozio dell'usato per soli 3 dollari..che fortunata! E questa è un'altra cosa..andare in giro per i negozi dell'usato e scoprire tesori dimenticati. Qualcosa che per qualcuno è solo spazzatura per qualcun altro è una scoperta preziosa. Una volta al mese cerco di andare al mio negozio di seconda mano preferito alla ricerca di qualcosa che potrebbe essere carino per il mio appartamento. E non ne rimango mai delusa!
