New items to my collection

Tomorrow I am back to the office. So this evening I am looking back on some days of hard work. Our bed and breakfast is going very well. The cleaning lady left us for two months because she's building her house in Poland :-s, so that's a less good part. Meaning that my boyfriend and me have to clean the whole house.

It was a heavy week, but I am glad with did everything.

I even had time to do some shopping. I bought a wonderful cristal chandelier for in the guest bedroom. Isn't it charming, the best thing is that it comes from a big house not far from our house.

New items to my collection

This week was a bit heavy, had to move furniture from my apartment. Had to prepare together with my boyfriend the room. Because the first guest of our bed&breakfast were coming.
People will say "How is it possible that during all that work and labour I had bloody time to do some shopping?"
Well maybe because my eye is always running around on the search for something beautiful.
This time I bought some china. What to say. They just look fantastic on one of the transition commodes in our bedroom. What do you think?

One room finished

Last week my boyfriend finished the curtains in our Napoleon III living- room.
That room took months to finish, paint, putting gold on the ceiling and the walls. Hanging textile on the walls, moving furniture, creating a mirror. But finally it's finished. Everything has been done by ourselves. A lot of sweat and late hours have gone in this project. But I can say we never did something like this. And everybody is stunned when they enter the living-room.

Painting the whole house!!!

For the moment were finally finishing our living room. And like we don't like to get bored we're painting our bedroom at the same time.
So conclusion the whole house is a mess, and we even had to sleep in one of the guest rooms. Today it's going better, and soon I will make some nice pictures of our freshly painted bedroom.

Flowers we need!!

What is a house without flowers, and I can tell you even if I am tired and coming home late after work. I will always make time for flowers. Here are some pictures of the flowers in the house.

Too much, but results!!!!

I am quickly passing by with some pictures of the results. Like I am working every day from 7h30 till 18h in the evening, I don't have a lot of time to do miracles in the household. Luckely we have the weekend to work a bit on the house. Soon I will have some holidays to finish some rooms.

Paris part II

When we were in Paris for Saint Valentine, we went to visit our favorite museum of the capital. The Musee Nissim de Camondo. I wrote already a post about that fantastic place in Paris. But here I go again, with some pictures I took.
