Lazy Squirrel

From afar this squirrel looked like it was laying astride this branch like a cat might on a railing, all limp. At closer inspection, you can see his back claws dug into the branch.

I worked from home on Thursday and watched this Fox Squirrel through the dining room window as it lounged on this branch for several hours watching me work. Since I am officially starting vacation today, I can relate to it's attitude! I am off to Sedona, Arizona for a week with my parents. I am told I'll have internet connectivity there, so I'll be able to blog some of the stunning scenery I expect to wallow in. Lazy indeed.
